CANDICE H. ROWE
Agent & Owner
Candice H. Rowe is the owner and licensed title insurance agent with the Florida Department of Insurance. She is a University of Florida Department of Finance Alumni, and has been in the Real Estate Title Industry since 2003. South Florida has always been her home, growing up in Coral Springs, and making long standing relationships a priority ever since. As the prior President and Vice President for BNI Business Exchange, 10 year member of the Old Republic National Title Million Dollar Club, and a member of the Palm Beach Gators Alumni Association, she stays current in the Real Estate industry and closely connected to the community. Staying involved and networking with colleagues allows a for resourceful network of professionals to help her clients with their needs quickly and with confidence – she is well known for being “the one to go to”. Candice is an avid runner, golfer and paddle boarder, and enjoys spending the weekends cooking and entertaining with family and friends.
SAMANTHA HARRISON
Office Manager
Samantha Harrison has been working at Sweet Settlements since 2015. She holds a Bachelors in Bio Medical Sciences from the University of Central Florida and Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University. Her roles as Office Manager and Closing Coordinator include delegating daily tasks, conducting real estate closings from contract to closing, and providing that overall Sweet client satisfaction. In her spare time she enjoys baking and spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their puppy, King.
LYSA LONG BURKE, ESQ
Transaction Attorney
Lysa Long Burke follows in her father’s footsteps as a well respected Attorney in Boca Raton. Lysa has been practicing Real Estate since 1994 after she graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and became a member of the Florida Bar. She joined Sweet Settlements after selling her title company in 2007, and a brief retirement from the industry. Candice was the office manager of her former title company, and their relationship and friendship has grown into new partnerships over the years. Lysa has successfully represented thousands of buyers and sellers over the past 25 years to help them accomplish their goals in home ownership. Her expertise and experience in real estate contracts and the process allows for the insight to fight and protect your rights when necessary, and negotiate when needed to achieve a successful closing.
SAVANNAH KELLY
Account Executive
Andrew holds a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) degree, and has over 18 years of experience as a prosecutor in New York State. Andrew has personally handled quite a few high-profile cases, both as prosecutor as well as a defense lawyer. He has represented over 100 New York firms in various litigations, an has only lost once, throughout his entire career. It wasn’t his fault, the guy was clearly guilty.
JANAN CIVELEK
Processing Intern
Janan Civelek is a current intern, gaining her Real Estate Industry experience in between classes at the University of Florida. Also a native Floridian, she enjoys helping others in her community and learning how to excel in a fast paced industry. Her fun and open-minded personality is always a bright light in the office, and helps put clients at ease in a stressful environment. She is set to graduate in 2020, and Sweet Settlements continues to support in her educational and career goals.
DAWN ANDRIE
Policy Production
Dawn Andrie is a Florida licensed Title Agent through the Florida Department of Insurance and has worked in the title industry for over 20 years. She manages the post closing Policy Production to ensure the daily hard work is wrapped up neatly in a Homeowner’s Owner or new financing Lender Policy. Her attention to detail and extensive knowledge allows for an error and claim free insurance agency.
